試劑盒簡(jiǎn)介:HDL 和 LDL/VLDL甾醇酯定量試劑盒可以在快速分離出HDL后檢測(cè)血清樣品中LDL和VLDL的含量，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便.在檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)中，甾醇氧化酶特異性識(shí)別氧化游離的甾醇，產(chǎn)物能與探針反應(yīng)顯色（570 nm），并釋放熒光（Ex/Em = 535/587 nm）.甾醇酯酶水解甾醇酯，釋放出游離的甾醇，因此甾醇酯和游離的甾醇含量可以在存在和不存在甾醇酯酶的條件下分別測(cè)出來(lái).

Regulation of HDL (high-density-lipoprotein)-cholesterol and LDL (low-density-lipoprotein)-cholesterol plays a central role in various disease developments. It is well known that low levels of HDL and high level of LDL are associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events. BioVision’s HDL and LDL/VLDL Cholesterol Quantification Kit provides a simple quantification method of HDL and LDL/VLDL after a convenient separation of HDL from LDL and VLDL (very low-density lipoprotein) in serum samples. In the assay, cholesterol oxidase specifically recognizes free cholesterol and produces products which react with probe to generate color (OD = 570 nm) and fluorescence (Ex/Em = 538/587 nm). Cholesterol esterase hydrolyzes cholesteryl ester into free cholesterol, therefore, cholesterol ester and free cholesterol can be detected separately in the presence and absence of cholesterol esterase in the reactions. 如與英文說(shuō)明書有異，以英文說(shuō)明書為準(zhǔn)。
