EDN2 contains 21 amino acids having a molecular mass of 2546.97 Dalton.

人內(nèi)皮素2(EDN2)背景:

via the MAPK pathway: p44 and p42 are phosphorylated when THP-1 cells are stimulated with EDN2. Migration to EDN2 is inhibited by hypoxia and by pertussis toxin. EDN2 leads to activation of macrophages. EDN2 shares a similar peptide sequence with chemokines and may signal via a similar receptor and MAPK-mediated pathway. Furthermore， EDN2 expression by tumors may modulate the behavior of macrophages such that activated cells accumulate in areas of hypoxia.

提供的人內(nèi)皮素2產(chǎn)品為白色無(wú)菌凍干粉末，凍干粉里不含有其它添加劑.推薦使用無(wú)菌的18MΩ的超純水來(lái)溶解，濃度不低于100ug/ml，便于后續(xù)稀釋.

穩(wěn)定性說(shuō)明：

Lyophilized EDN2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks， should be stored desiccated below -18℃. Upon reconstitution EDN2 should be stored at 4℃ between 2-7 days and for future use below -18℃. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
